Okkana is a market monitoring platform: you build bots from metrics, timeframes and thresholds, and Okkana sends you a Signal when the conditions are met. Okkana is the controller of the personal data described here.

Account: your email address and a password, which is handled by our identity provider and never stored by Okkana in readable form.

What you create: bots, their conditions, direction, cooldown and delivery settings, the Signals they generate, your Signal history and any email address or webhook URL you add as a delivery channel.

Technical data: your IP address, browser and device information and request logs, used to run and secure the service.

Okkana does not ask for exchange API keys, wallet addresses or payment details, and does not connect to exchange accounts.

A session cookie keeps you signed in. It is httpOnly and lasts as long as the session.

Your theme, language, lesson progress, exam results and recent searches are kept in your browser's local storage and are not sent to our servers.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

To create and authenticate your account, run your bots, record Signals and deliver Signals: performing the service you asked for.

To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix errors: our legitimate interest.

To answer your requests and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data.

Market data comes from Binance and is not personal data. Okkana stores it continuously, along with your bots' Signals and their performance, to calculate indicators, statistics and Signal results.

We use service providers to host the service, authenticate accounts and send email. They process data only on our instructions and to provide those services.

Webhook Signals are sent to the URL you configure. The receiving service is yours, and its privacy practices apply to what it receives.

We may disclose data when a law or a valid legal order requires it.

We keep your account data and your bots, Signals and Signals while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize them, except what we must keep to comply with the law or to resolve a dispute.

Server logs are kept for a limited period.

Our providers may process data outside your country. When they do, we rely on the safeguards the applicable law requires.

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and similar laws where you live, you can ask to confirm that we process your data, access it, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, object to a use of it and withdraw consent where we rely on it.

Connections use HTTPS, sessions use httpOnly cookies and access to personal data is limited to what the service needs. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and the authorities of a breach as the law requires.

Okkana is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

When we change this policy, we update the date above and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
